    Yes, we sell 100% virgin hair.
  • How do I get in contact with you?
    You can reach us at our email, from 11am-5pm EST, Monday- Friday.
  • Do you offer services?
    Unfortunately, we currently can only offer advice as we are in the process of building to provide services.
  • Do you do customizations?
    Currently no, we have stopped customizations for the time being.
  • Can you hold items for in-store pick up?
    No, online only
  • How long does processing take?
    Processing usually takes about 3-5 days.
  • I need to change my shipping address. What do I do?
    If you within 24 hours of placing your order, we can change your shipping address.
  • I need to cancel my order. How do I go about that?
    In order to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 of placing your order.
  • What are your shipping options?
    We ship USPS standard , usually taking 5-7 business days for stock items and 7-12 business days for non stock items.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    Sorry, at this time we only offer standard shipping.
  • What is the price of shipping?
    At this time shipping cost $10.99. Orders over $150 receive free shipping.
  • What is you refund policy?
  • Do you accept returns?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. But there are some exceptions that will be eligible for exchanges or a store credit.

    Any opened hair, tools (combs, brushes, etc.), and opened products.
  • Will you pay for return shipping?
    At this time, we do not cover the price of return shipping.
