Is the hair real?Yes, we sell 100% virgin hair.

Do you offer services?Unfortunately, we currently can only offer advice as we are in the process of building to provide services.

Do you do customizations?Currently no, we have stopped customizations for the time being.

Can you hold items for in-store pick up?No, online only

How long does processing take?Processing usually takes about 3-5 days.

I need to change my shipping address. What do I do?If you within 24 hours of placing your order, we can change your shipping address.

I need to cancel my order. How do I go about that?In order to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 of placing your order.

What are your shipping options?We ship USPS standard , usually taking 5-7 business days for stock items and 7-12 business days for non stock items.

Do you offer expedited shipping?Sorry, at this time we only offer standard shipping.

What is the price of shipping?At this time shipping cost $10.99. Orders over $150 receive free shipping.

Do you accept returns?Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. But there are some exceptions that will be eligible for exchanges or a store credit.
