Is the hair real?


Yes, it is raw virgin human hair sourced from 1 donor. Though there is more than one type of hair, all hair is solely from one donor, unless stated otherwise.




Do you offer services?


Unfortunately, we currently can only offer advice as we are in the process of building to provide services. Please see us in-store for services such as: brow tinting, mico-blading, brow waxing, lash extensions and lash lifts.




Do you do customizations?


Anything can be customized pertaining to extensions. We will advise and try to accomplish any desired look that comes to mind. In-store we have more "pre-styled" lace frontals, as some customers do not want to style the wigs themselves. All styled wigs come at a 20% discount in-store.




Can you hold items for in-store pick up?


Yes, we can hold items up to 24 hours.




How long is shipping and what are your options?


We ship through UPS/FEDEX. For items being shiped within the U.S shipping typically takes 1-4 business days. For customizations or items not currently instock, shipping takes about 5-7 business days.




What is you refund policy?


Magnolia's will EXCHANGE all UNOPENED hair products, small bags, shoes, and tools within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Please note that items such as HAIR EXTENSIONS, accessories and other hygiene sensitive products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
